During my first year of college, I took an assessment to better understand how I learn. The result, Innovative Learner, described as someone who draws from multiple learning styles rather than relying on just one. That definition stayed with me. It reframed innovation not as a single skill, but as a mindset. It is the ability to synthesize, adapt, and imagine what could be. Since then, I have been driven to approach my work and my learning with that same spirit, constantly seeking better, more inventive ways to think, create, and build.
